The Berwick Civic Association fosters a spirit of community cooperation, wellbeing, and pride for the residents of Berwick.
The Berwick Civic Association is a community organization that promotes kindness and cooperation.
The Berwick Civic Association is a 501(c)(3) Association of citizens living in a prescribed area in the City of Columbus, Ohio. Within its boundaries this collective body is committed to:
• promoting the general welfare of the residents
• informing residents of neighborhood events and issues
• encouraging neighborhood improvement projects
• ensuring the safety of the residents by monitoring and cooperating with law enforcement officials
• raising funds for community projects
• encouraging social interaction and harmony among residents of the community
• encouraging residents to participate in local school activities and functions.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Trustee for the Berwick Civic Association. We have three open trustee positions. Voting will take place during the Annual Meeting this November at the Berwick School, 2655 Scottwood Road. Members MUST be present and current on their membership dues to vote. (BCA will accept payment for membership dues at the meeting; however, residents are encouraged to pay dues prior to the annual meeting.)
The requirements for becoming a member of the Trustee Board are:
Resident of the Berwick;
Paid (current) member of the Berwick Civic Association; and
Committed to a three-year term of active participation in the activities of the association.
